I.'', ii. 58, vol. xvi.〕 He lived after Herophilus, Callimachus,〔Galen, ''Comment. in Hippocr. Epid. VI.'', i. 5, vol. xvii. pt. i.〕 Bacchius,〔Galen, ''Comment. in Hippocr. Epid. VI.'', i. 1, vol. xvii. pt. i.; iv. 9, vol. xvii. pt. ii.〕 and Glaucias;〔Galen, ''Comment in Hippocr. De Humor.'', ii. 30, vol. xvi.; ''Comment. in Hippocr. Epid.
